• Tracking and maintaining a deep understanding of best practices and research through the leading industry standards such as but not limited to: PATH Intl., EGALA, ACA, AVA, CHA, etc.

• Monitoring and providing program feasibility options and solutions within multi-disciplines

•   In-depth program analysis from small to large, independent to cooperative, non-profit and research 

• Strategic and innovative planning – barn management, training programs, herd management, facility operations, public relations, customer service, volunteers and staffing

•  Staffing resource management, performance plans, position descriptions, hiring support, volunteer coordination and recruitment

• Supportive skill based trainings to include on-site and virtual workshops and clinics, participate and lead opportunities to educate others on the benefits of inclusive horsemanship to include therapeutic horsemanship and interactive vaulting programs
